We, the Revolutionary Tribunal- acting as representatives of the people of the French Republic, hereby charge prisoner 280, known also as Marie Antoinette with the following crimes against the revolution
Charge # 1 With having depleted the finances of the nation through lavish spending
Charge # 2 With having urged the royal Swiss guard to fire on an innocent crowd of people on the 10th of August
Charge # 3 With having sought to starve the people in 1789
